ANNEXATION AGREEMENTAnnexation Agreement • July 7th, 2022
day of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Council of the City of Huron, Ohio, the legislative authority of and for the city of Huron, Ohio, a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under its Charter and the Constitution and the laws of the state of Ohio (the “City”), and the Board of Trustees of Huron Township, the legislative authority of and for Huron Township, a political subdivision duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the state of Ohio (the “Township”) (City and Township being sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”), in order to amend certain provisions of that Annexation Agreement between the Parties dated as of August 25, 2021 (the “Original Agreement”). All words and terms used herein with initial capitalization that are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such words and terms in the Original Agreement.
