On May 12, 2022, ISO New England Inc.4 (ISO-NE) and The Connecticut Light and Power Company (CL&P) (the Filing Parties) submitted a non-conforming Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement by and among ISO-NE, CL&P, and EIP Investment, LLC.1 The Filing Parties requested that the filing be accepted effective April 12, 2022. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – East, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307 (2021), your submittal is accepted for filing effective April 12, 2022, as requested.2
