This agreement shall be effective as of August 26, 1985, and shall continue in effect for two years until August 23, 1987. This agreement shall not be extended orally and it is expressly understood that it shall expire on the date here indicated. However, upon mutual consent of both parties to the agreement, renegotiation of part or all of this agreement may take place at any time during the term of this contractual agreement.
