Agreement. This brokerage account agreement describes the legal obligations between our customers (“customers” or “you”) and LOYAL3 Securities, Inc. (“LOYAL3” or “we”) to open a LOYAL3 account (an “account”) and receive services – primarily your participation via the web, social media, and mobile application in securities offerings of companies (each a “company” or an “issuer”) making those offerings to their own customers, other persons connected with the company, and/or to the general public through the LOYAL3 web and mobile technology platforms (“LOYAL3 platform”).
