Contract Type FiledNovember 9th, 2020AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”), is made on or as of the day of August, 2019, by and among the Hastings Economic Development and Redevelopment Authority, a public body corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as the "Authority"), having its principal office at 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota 55033; the City of Hastings, a home rule charter city under the laws of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), having its principal office at 101 Fourth Street East, Hastings, Minnesota 55033; Confluence Development LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the "Redeveloper"), having its principal office at 101 East 10th Street, Suite 300, Hastings, Minnesota 55033; and Confluence Park, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the "Park LLC"), having its principal office at 101 East 10th Street, Suite 300, Hastings, Minnesota 55033. The foregoing are sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
