COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
Collective Agreement • July 30th, 2002

This Agreement is undertaken to establish satisfactory relations between the Employer and its employees, to secure prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to maintain mutually satisfactory hours, wages, and conditions for the employees covered by this Agreement, to promote the successful operation of the Employer in the maintenance of high standards of employment as well as the maintenance of responsibility on the part of the Union and Management alike. The conditions of this Agreement shall not be construed to deprive any employee of the right he has by law to discuss with the Employer any personal matter provided that this shall not conflict with the grievance procedure or any term of this Agreement.
