The Standard Terms and Conditions is a part of and incorporated into the associated CalanticTM Digital Solutions Subscription Agreement and any documents referenced therein (collectively, the “Agreement”) between Bayer HealthCare LLC (“Bayer”), and Licensee, as defined in the applicable Agreement, and is effective as of January 12, 2024. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used hereunder shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
