This UNIFIMONEY Checking Account Addendum (this "Addendum") is an Addendum to the Unifimoney Customer Agreement (the "Agreement") and sets forth the terms and conditions with respect to your Checking Account and the transactions you conduct through your Checking Account. This Addendum amends and supplements the UNIFIMONEY Customer Agreement and all Addenda incorporated therein (the “Customer Agreement”). The Consent to Electronic Signatures and Records provisions of the Customer Agreement apply to this Addendum. That means that this Addendum will become a part of your Customer Agreement with us when you accept them by clicking on “Agree” at the time you enroll in the [Unifimoney Cash Program], or when you use your Checking Account. You must keep a current mobile telephone number and an active email address on file within the UMIFIMONEY Dashboard and with UMB.
