This Second Renewal (the “Amendment”) is dated effective July 1, 2020, and is by and between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (the “District”) and Edgenuity Inc., a Nevada corporation authorized to transact business in Florida (the “Provider”).
