Landlord and Tenant agree to the terms of this Lease and any additional agreements listed above and attachments that may be made part of the Lease. Tenant also acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Lease. This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions whether oral or written. All agreements, commitments, promises or waivers pertaining to this Lease, the Leased Premises and/or Tenant’s occupancy of the Leased Premises, must be in writing and signed by all the parties to the Lease. No oral promises or waivers made by any representative of the Landlord, including a Property Manager or Site Manager, is enforceable against the Landlord unless reduced to writing and signed by an authorized agent of the Landlord.
