Pursuant to the provisions of the Joint Intergovernmental Romanian-Ukrainian Agreement for Scientific and Technical Co-operation, signed at Ismail, on March 29th, 1996, the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences of Romania and the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine, referred to as “Parties” agreed upon the following: establishing direct co-operation in the fields of science, innovation and technology.
