Being a part of the EFCA athletic program means that the student athlete (player) is agreeing to train for a highly visible and influential leadership role among other youth. Much is required of our team members because being a leader is defined as “being responsible.” It requires being a leader and not a follower. It means hard work, dedication, commitment, and cooperation. The EFCA Athletic program’s purpose is to help the student athlete grow in his / her spirit man as well as in his / her athletic skills and personal relationships. Please consider carefully all the requirements and guidelines as stated for each EFCA team member and parent. Then sign this agreement and submit it with your student’s Player Information Form.
