Car rental agreements are generally consensual agreements, meaning that they are binding at the moment the agreement is reached on the basic elements of goods and prices. The results of this study ultimately provide the answer that Unilaterally the First Party Podomoro Auto Rent Car has the right to cancel the agreement by overriding Article 1266 of the Civil Code if the Second Party has deviated from this agreement. With the cancellation of this agreement, the vehicle which becomes the object of the lease that has been handed over to the Second Party (consumers), returns to the First Party (Auto Rent Car Podomoro) provided that everything that has been paid by the Second Party (consumers) to the First Party (Auto Rent Car Podomoro), irrevocable.
