This Agreement is made and entered into as of the Effective Date, between TORTUS AI LTD (“TORTUS”) and the Subscriber listed above. This Agreement is subject to the TORTUS-based Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as updated from time to time and available at TORTUS.tortus.ai. The Terms of Use and the Terms constitute a binding agreement between Subscriber and TORTUS (the “Agreement”). The Agreement sets forth the terms pursuant to which the Subscriber will be permitted to use the TORTUS Services.
