GENERAL: This is a legal agreement. Payment of the License Fee constitutes Licensee’s acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This License is strictly limited to only those Blastwave FX products owned by Licensee and is valid only upon receipt of payment for the stated License Fee by Blastwave FX. This License is non-exclusive and non-transferable, issued specifically for the Licensee, Licensee’s Site locations and Workstation listed above. Any changes in circumstances that materially affect this License must be reported immediately to Blastwave FX.
