This Nordstrom, Inc. Affiliate Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the Nordstrom, Inc. Affiliate Program, which is operated through the EBay Affiliate Network operated by EBay Corporation. This Agreement is made and entered into by Nordstrom, Inc, a Washington corporation, and you, the applicant. As used in this Agreement, "we" means Nordstrom, Inc. and "you" means the applicant. "Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to (a) the Nordstrom, Inc. site located at the URL Nordstrom.com or such other site as Nordstrom, Inc. might designate, or (b) the site that you will link to our Site and which you have identified in your Program application. To begin the enrollment process, you need to submit a complete Program application at the EBay Site located at www.eBay.com. We will evaluate your application and will notify you through the EBay Site of your acceptance or rejection. W
