Umatilla County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon (the “County”) and, the City of Umatilla, a municipal corporation (the “City”), enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) for allocation and distribution of the Additional Annual Improvement Payment under Strategic Investment Program Agreement (the “SIP Agreement”) this day of _ , 2020 (the “Execution Date”) and shall be effective as of August 29, 2017 (the “Effective Date”). Each of the County and the City is referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
