This Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of December 27, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between O-I GLASS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“O-I Glass” and, together with its subsidiaries other than Paddock (as defined below) and its subsidiaries, the “Service Provider”), and PADDOCK ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Paddock” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Service Recipient”), for Service Provider to provide Service Recipient one or more of the services set forth on Exhibit A as requested by Service Recipient (the “Services”).
