However, employment contracts for many departing House Staff, Resident and Fellows do not end until June 30th. Housing Occupancy Agreements are defaulted to begin on employee hire dates, June 17th or July 1st, and most Residents and Fellows occupancy agreements end June 16th or June 30th.
