This Appearance Release (the "Agreement"), dated as of April 1, 2022 (the "Effective Date") is by and between Spiffy Entertianment LLC, an Illinois Corporation with offices located at 655 Deerfield Road, Suite 100-237, Deerfield IL 60015(the "Company"), and the individual named below with a residence at the address set out below ("I," "me," or "Participant") in connection with Company's assessment of my application and/or interview related to my application for employment by Company (the "Application") as a Puppeteer on the Children’s Television Series titled “Donkey Hodie” (“Series”). Company and Participant agree as follows:
