THIS REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT is dated as of the day of October, 2018, and is between the CITY OF WAUKEGAN, an Illinois municipal corporation (“City”) and GREATER WAUKEGAN DEVELOPMENT COALITION, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, or its designee or assignee (“Developer”). Developer and City are each individually referred to herein as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties”.
