The purpose of this Collective agreement between the Canadian Union of Postal Workers hereinafter referred to as “the Union” and Canada hereinafter referred to as the “Company” is to establish and maintain rates of remuneration, hours of work and other working conditions, and to provide appropriate procedures for the resolution of grievances and problems arising during the term of the Collective Agreement.
