MAXWELL ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOLBUS USE AGREEMENT FOR STUDENTS MEMS STANDARD MANDATORY NOTICE AND CONSENT PROVISION FOR ALL MEMS BUS RIDERSBy signing this agreement, you acknowledge and consent that when you use bus transportation:1. You will ride the bus in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner, as if you were in school.2. You understand that bus use is a privilege and that administration will suspend bus use privileges from one day to an entire school year, depending on the severity and/or frequency of the infraction. Specific grounds for short or long-term removal may include: Fighting, pushing, shoving, tripping, or similar. Use or possession of unacceptable items (The school bus is an extension of the school/campus). Getting on or off bus while bus is in motion. Not properly seated/failure to remain in assigned seat. Making excessive noise. Putting objects out of bus windows or hanging out of window. Engaging in horseplay. Obstructing aisles, steps, or seats. Failure
