Technology, Inc., enter into a cooperative agreement to further reduce the administrative costs of acquiring commercial items from the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. Pursuant to GSA Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number GS-35F-0400T and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), J. C. Technology, Inc. agree to the following terms and conditions set forth herein for this Single Award BPA.
