The Agreement also describes the rights and obligations of Boone Bank & Trust Co. Please read this Agreement carefully. By requesting and using one of these Services, you acknowledge electronic receipt of the Online Banking Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") and agree that you have read and will abide by this Agreement. You also agree that Boone Bank & Trust Co. does not need to provide you with an additional paper (non-electronic) copy of this Agreement, any changes to this Agreement or any notice/disclosure that we are required by law to provide you, unless specifically requested.
