This Development Agreement, referred to herein as the Agreement, is entered into by and between the City of Waukesha, a Wisconsin municipal corporation, referred to herein as the City; and Bridgewalk Apartments LLC, referred to herein as the Developer. The lands subject to this Agreement are legally described on attached Exhibit “A,” and is referred to herein as the Real Property. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date of the deed by which Developer acquires the Real Property.
