Hero Power ("Hero Power") agrees to sell, and you agree to buy, your full requirements for residential electric generation service at the price and on the terms and conditions specified in this agreement (the "Contract"). Price and other terms of this Contract are subject to change as provided below. Hero Power reserves the right to revoke its electricity offer for any reason at any time prior to your acceptance of this Contract. Throughout this Contract, the words "you" and "your" refer to the customer who has signed this Contract. The words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Hero Power.
