a home-rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“City of Boulder”), County of Boulder, a body politic and corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado ("Boulder County"), City of Arvada, a home-rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Arvada”), City of Westminster, a home-rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Westminster”), and County of Jefferson, a body politic and corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Jefferson County”). The above parties may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
