This PreciseTrak Service Agreement and Terms of Service (hereafter “Agreement”) is required to operate the Devices and the Terms of Service are between you and Precise Innovation. The PreciseTrak Mobile and Website Applications (hereafter “Apps”) communicate with and monitor the Devices via PreciseTrak services, and the settings for the Devices are configured and changed through the Apps.
