This Interlocal Agreement for the Loan and Use of a Hazmat Vehicle (“Agreement”) is made between the City of North Las Vegas, a Nevada municipal corporation (“CNLV”) and the City of Henderson, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“COH”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) and is effective as of August , 2014 (“Effective Date”).
