This Podcast Production Agreement dated as of Wednesday, September 22, 2021 (the “Agreement”) is between VH2 Networks aka VH2 Radio, (the “PRODUCER”) and [PODCASTER] (the “Podcaster” “we” or “us”) for the production and delivery of the Media Work (the “Work”) described in Schedule A. The (Podcaster, Podcast’s editorial decision-maker) have, respectively, final decision-making authority in creating the Work.
