THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Creative Telecom, Inc., (“Creative Telecom”), a Georgia corporation, and shall be effective as stated in the Definitions. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Creative Telecom or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
