A married couple has entered into a contract for the full surrogate motherhood with a 22-year-old woman. According to the agreement, the latter will carry the embryo implanted in the way of the in vitro fertilization, shall give her consent to the anonymous adoption and shall have no rights to have parental responsibility over the child or to establish her maternity. The spouses shall bear all the medical costs of the pregnancy and pay to the surrogate mother the reward of EUR 10,000. Is the agreement legal and binding for the parties?
