Thank you for selecting American Light & Power as your retail electric provider (REP). This Terms of Service Agreement (TOS), together with the Electricity Facts Label (EFL), Your Rights as a Customer (YRAAC) disclosure, and Enrollment Authorization, as each may hereafter be amended, set forth your (constitute the entire) agreement for service with American Light & Power (Agreement). As your REP, American Light & Power will arrange for the delivery of electricity to your service address from the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDU) in your area pursuant to the Terms of Service Agreement.
