The Director of the Department of Pharmacy Services is responsible for the overall character and direction of the residency programs. He is administratively responsible for the development, maintenance, and execution of the program's content and structure. The Director works with the Manager of Pharmacy Residency Training to select individuals on staff to serve as Residency Program Directors and preceptors for portions of the residency training based on their areas of responsibilities and practice.
