The following contract is an agreement between the student, the parents/guardian of the Volunteer, the sponsoring organization and the Clearwater organization. Signature of this contract means that the Volunteer agrees to comply with the rules of the Clearwater and understands that failure to do so will result in a termination of the program and notification of the sponsoring organization and legal guardian.
