The Feinberg School of Medicine’s (Feinberg) Institute for Global Health at Northwestern University asks Feinberg students to complete the Health Agreement Form to ensure that they are aware of the travel services, supplemental health insurance, and health services available to them and to ensure that students have made proper preparations to safeguard their mental and physical health and safety while participating in a global health program and/or clinical rotation at an international site.
