THIS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement'') is entered into as of this day of First day of October 2021 between Saddleback College (“Saddleback”), with an address at 28000 Marguerite Pkwy, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 and The University of Toledo ("UToledo"), with an address at 2801 W. Bancroft St, Toledo, OH 43606. Saddleback College is an institution of higher education established as part of the California College System, and UToledo is an institution of higher education established pursuant to Section 3364 of the Ohio Revised Code. Saddleback and UToledo are individually referred to as a “party” or “institution” and collectively as the “parties” or “institutions”.
