Contract Type FiledJuly 15th, 2015This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into by UAW Local 4121 (the "Union") and the University of Washington (the "University") regarding the migration by the University to a new HR/payroll system on or about January 1, 2016 and the characteristics that may impact the Union and its membership as a result. The parties share a mutual interest in allowing for ongoing discussions and negotiation if issues or impacts arise that are not contemplated herein. The Union reserves its rights to re-open impact bargaining if impacts are revealed later in the implementation of the HRP that were not known at the time of the entering into of this agreement.
