THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into and effective on July 1, 2014 (herein the “Effective Date”) and between The School DISTRICT of Volusia County, a school DISTRICT within the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT), and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as ERAU), to conduct work of mutual interest, which will be identified in a Statement of Work and Budget, attached hereto and identified as Attachments A and B, respectively.
