Agreement StipulationsTarget / Field / Clout / Longbow Confirmed / Comment Agreement: The agreement to host an Archery England (EAF) Championships shall be between Archery England and the appointed club of which the event organiser is a member.. Venue: The venue as agreed between both parties shall not be changed except Archery England being notified. The venue must comply with AGB / GNAS rules of shotting. Date: The date shall not be changed, nor the tournament cancelled, except with Archery England being consulted. If the tournament, once started, is abandoned, awards shall be given in accordance with the Archery GB / GNAS Rules of Shooting. Round: The round shall be as detailed in the initial agreement, any changes to the format must be notified to Archery England Record Status: Application for Record Status will be the responsibility of the host Tournament Organiser (TO) in accordance with requirements of the event in which an Archery England category is held.
