Scallop Group Ltd is in the process of applying for a licence as an EDM Agent. As an EMD Agent we will provide payment services on behalf of an electronic money institution (EMI) in the UK, as defined in the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (“EMR 2011”) for the issuing of electronic money.
