(“Agreement”) is made by and between MICHOW GUCKENBERGER MCASKIN LLP, a Colorado limited liability partnership with its principal place of business at 5299 DTC Boulevard, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111 (the “Firm”), and the TOWN OF MEAD, a statutory town of the State of Colorado, with offices at 441 Third Street, Mead, CO 80542 (the “Town”) (each, a “Party” and together, the “Parties”). Following mutual execution hereof by the Parties, this Agreement shall be effective March 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”).
