(your company name) agrees to provide quick pay to the Minority or Women or Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/WSEDBE) contractor listed below in connection with the above named project, to enable the M/WSEDBE to meet cash-flow demands. For the purpose of this Agreement, the term “Quick Pay” means a commitment to pay the M/WSEDBE within fifteen (15) days after confirmation that performance has been properly completed.
