The Victory Club™ (“the Vic”), is owned by the developer of Victory, Verrado ARC, LLC, during the active sales period at Verrado. The Center on Main™ (“The Center”) and Heritage Swim Park (“Swim Park”), are owned by Verrado Community Association, Inc., (“VCA”), and together with the Vic are collectively referred to as (“the Amenities”). The Amenities offer unique opportunities for social gatherings, club meeting rooms, pools and fitness facilities. The Amenities are restricted for use by members in good standing or their tenants, if applicable (collectively, the “Members”) and up to four (4) invited guests per household, unless otherwise stated, at any time accompanied by a Resident in accordance with the Community’s Governing Documents and this Agreement.
