I, , and all minor charges identified below, agree to exercise the utmost care in the use of facilities and property at the Deerlick Astronomy Village. By signing below I, and all minor charges identified below hereby, agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Deer Lick Group, LLC and all agents, contractors, and employees thereof, from any and all claims, demands and causes of action of any kind or character, foreseen or unforeseen, for damages including but not limited to personal injury, death or property damage as well as the cost of defense costs, court costs, witness and attorneys’ fees, in any way arising out of the granting of this permission to visit and/or use the property and/or facilities at the Deerlick Astronomy Village.
