These Terms of Service represent the agreement ("Agreement") between VoiceSkyCom ("Carrier", "we", "us", or "VoiceSkyCom") and the End User (referred to as "You", "Your", or "Customer") of VoiceSkyCom's Business Cloud Services ("Service", "Services"). The Customer and VoiceSkyCom are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party." This Agreement governs the use of Services provided by VoiceSkyCom, including any hardware or network devices supplied by VoiceSkyCom. By accepting the VoiceSkyCom Services Quote and activating the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.
