This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into between the parties to provide a constructive basis for the efficient operation of cooperative employer-employee relations, and for such reason has been approved by the members of Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 AFL-CIO, ACWD Chapter, and the Board of Directors of the Alameda County Water District.
