This Second Amendment is entered into on this 11th day of December 2023, by and between the City of Hidden Hills, a municipal corporation (“City”) and G.I. Industries, a Utah corporation and USA Waste of California, Inc., a Delaware corporation, a Waste Management Company (“Contractor). City and Contractor are each hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties.”
