This Agreement is entered into between the State of Florida, Department of Economic Opportunity (“DEO”), and Big Bend Jobs and Education Council, Inc., d/b/a CareerSource Capital Region (“Board” or “Subrecipient”). DEO and the Board are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
